Bluff State School takes pride in the wide range of extra-curricular activities we are able to offer our students.
All of our students from Prep are able to take part in Instrumental Music lessons, which are conducted by Skype with instructors, proving that distance is no barrier to learning. We currently offer keyboard and guitar lessons. These lessons are heavily subsidised by our P & C to ensure that every student is able to take part.
We also regularly offer a range of sports through the Sporting Schools program. From Term 2 2019, we are aiming to offer a different sporting activity each term, through both coach-directed and teacher-directed sessions. Sports we are aiming to provide over the next two years include:
- golf
- cricket
- netball
- baseball (T-ball)
- tennis
- rugby union
- AFL
